Team Sheet (“Team Sheet,” “we,” “us”) is an independent, fan-made fantasy soccer app available on the web at teamsheet.soccer and as a native iOS app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The iOS app loads the same teamsheet.soccer service in a native shell, so this policy covers both.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account (authentication is handled by Supabase).
- Content you create. Your fantasy team, lineups, league memberships, trades, chat messages, and similar gameplay data you enter in the app.
- Device push token. If you enable notifications, a push token (Apple APNs / Firebase Cloud Messaging for the app, or a Web Push subscription for the browser) so we can deliver alerts to your device.
- Basic technical data. Standard request/log data (such as IP address and device/browser type) generated when you use the service, used to operate and secure it.
We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or health data.
How we use your information
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To run the fantasy game — squads, scoring, leagues, trades, and standings.
- To send notifications you have opted into (trades, lineup deadlines, price changes).
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
What other users can see
Team Sheet is a social game. Your manager display name, team, and results are visible to other members of leagues you join and on public leaderboards and manager profiles within the app. Your email address is never shown to other users.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Apple (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications to your device.
- Sportmonks — the source of match and player statistics we display. We receive sports data from Sportmonks; we do not send them your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing privacy@teamsheet.soccer. You can turn off notifications at any time in the app’s Settings, which removes the stored push token for that device.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted by row-level security and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Team Sheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app.
